Per the policy and procedures of Valley View Casino & Hotel, a completed and signed application is required prior to the extension of credit. This includes, but is not limited to, my Central Credit report which includes outstanding credit at other casino properties, consumer credit report and bank balances. I authorize Valley View Casino & Hotel, an enterprise of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, and their representatives to conduct all investigations deemed necessary for the approval and periodic review of my credit standing using the information provided.
